Ok, so I am looking at my diary and trying hard to fit a July gig in! I have quite a few commitments but this one could be possible :^^:

just wandered does anyone know, where would be the best airport to fly into from the London? Tried googling it not getting very far, may not be possible but would love to try and fit one in before the August gig! :elk:

Well the closest airport is the one in Baden Baden

didn't see your post before. maybe its still helpfull:
another close one is Basel. As you would come to london I would give a try for Ryanair to Karslruhe/Baden which is in fact the Baden/Baden Airport. Or easyjet to basel. For StuTTgart I don't know which airlines.

If you fly to Basel: My best friend and I leave Basel at Friday with the car and return after the concert (about 1.5h to drive) there is still an free place in our car if you need a lift :flower:

about hotel, I'm sorry, I don't know. Freiburg is quite close. Maybe it would be also a solution to check the train table and if possible to take a hotel there?

Does that mean they will start at 8 pm ???? That would be way to early because of the daylight :erf:

Looks like they've confiscated the camera off Augie, or changed the password for twitter which is a shame because he was doing an excellent job of documenting life on the road for us all. Or, perhaps he just hasn't got started yet today.
