I can't justify this one and Mondays are terrible for me, but REALLY want to go...I think I'll make a flash decision on Thursday, depending on the Wembley tickets and how good the Brighton tickets are. :elk: :elk:

I am hoping to go to this one as it is easy for me to get to and from in the same night...and if needs be I could still get to it after work :great:

I saw a-ha in Brighton back in December 2005-I had front row tickets for the first (and to date only) time. I have good memories of that gig. The Brighton Centre is an intimate venue in comparison to the Arenas.
And he still gives his love, he just gives it away. The love he receives is the love that is saved. And sometimes is seen a strange spot in the sky. A human being that was given to fly. (Pearl Jam-Given To Fly).

Having looked at the ticket confirmation more closely and having married it up with the seating chart on the Brighton Centre website, it looks like this one is 'F/S' - free-standing i.e. not seated, so the rows and numbers we have been allocated are meaningless.

Which makes the pricing differential a bit annoying as I paid full price for my tix.

:grrr:

Does F/S not = Front Stalls? (it does for Glasgow)

Yes but look at the seating chart for The Brighton Centre:

Directly in front of the stage is the front stalls, then raised stalls...the blue area at the back is the balcony....so it is all seated.

Well I do hope that is the case. In which case I have first row!!! :elk:

Must just be a coincidence then that F/S means both Front Stalls and Free Standing.

F/S is definitely front stalls - wow you are lucky to get front row! Was hoping for front or 2nd row especially this time for my 8 year old daughter - just hope she can see ok from the 6th row.

If i was taking a child i'd opt for tiered seating. It'll be difficult for them to see when everyone stands up otherwise.

I know I thought about that afterwards :frown: although we are on the end of the row so could step into the aisle if we had to and the first set of tiered seating is the same price!!!! Trouble is when I booked in the pre-sale there was no option to choose where you wanted to sit!!!! So really not sure what to do now and I have 5 tickets! Everyone else in my group is over 5ft but my daughter is 4ft 6 at the moment - tall for her age but still a bit short for having a good view!!!! arrgh!

Well Gigs and Tours are really good they allowed me to exhange my tickets and for the next price band down!!! So now have tiered seats in the south stalls and saved almost a third of the price!! Am so pleased now that my daughter will definitely enjoy the concert

Anybody desperate to get 6th row seats should go to Gigs and Tours now as there a 5 available
