If it seems a bit fishy, then why did you put 'confirmed' in the thread title Mortyman?

I tend to only think of something as confirmed after the lights go up and everyone goes home This could just be wishful thinking on the part of the event organizers, we have seen that happen before. I asked management about this a couple of weeks ago and they said it was not confirmed, so if some agreement has been reached since then I am sure information will be along on a-ha.com very soon.

That's cool, if it's true. It does seem like they're starting to embrace their 80s fame, rather than reject it, nowadays (for example, Morten doing karaoke to Take On Me for the video game launch). Maybe they've realized more people will "hear" them if they show up w/ TOM first and then do some of their new stuff.

A fan in Brazil sendt me the info in an email. However I can't personaøly say that I myself can confirm it. However it seems well receaved by the South American / latin fans and an acceptd source.

Sounds a little fishy to me too.
I saw some articles but the "not confirmed" looked a little like a way to attract people by saying that a-ha may be playing.
Anyway in Chile and South America there are many fans so... I'm crossing fingers for all of them

"It is absolutely possible that a-ha will be there. They may do three concerts. There is an offer on the table, but a-ha have not confirmed anything yet."

The news we have here about them is that an event/concert house (CredicardHall) has published in its website that a-ha will be in March in Brazil making concert in this house (CredicardHall) in 25th (São Paulo) and 26 (Rio).


BUT... We are waiting for official news from a-ha. com or some other official website (Magne's My Space, Morten's Facebook...)
